Generally, the business skills category enters on a 4 year provisional visa and after satisfactory evidence of a specified level of business or investment activity, they may apply for permanent residence. State/ Territory sponsorship is available for each visa category.

For this category you will need to evidence the following

• An overall successful business career
• Evidence of recent work experience in 3 high level management positions of a major business in which you were responsible for strategic policy development affecting a major component or a wide range of operations of that major business
• Sufficient funds to transfer to Australia for the conduct or establishment of a business in Australia
